I hope that all club members and their families are safe and well.
Though we have no rugby and the rest of the season looks grim keep yourself fit and keep contact with team mates. In the backround we continue to offer the oppertunity for individual training. The committee has on your behalf been working preparing submissions for sports aid grants. We have at present 4 presentations in place to hopefully secure funding for the club to keep going. The club had to forego all fundraising so coaching staff have been using daylight hours to coach underage so as to spare the cost of the lights. The IRFU have been keeping me updated as have Leinster rugby. If a season should start we are entered in a new competition which looks interesting.
We had an intrusion last week by an individual with a scrambler who left tracks on the pitch and training area ,no major damage, he has been dealt with by Gardai.
Until we all meet up again stay safe.
