With everything else slowing down or completely stopped during the Level 5 Restrictions, Girls Rugby is in rude health, considering we’ve no matches for the next few weeks at the very least. This evening a squad of 18 girls, including an International contingent and a good few cross-code starters were split into pods and put through their paces by Leinster Rugby Womens’ Development Officer Niall Kane.
Niall brought a few new ideas and asked some good questions of the new and not-so-new players, and we hope everyone took something from the experience.
